Angel Flight West

The Endeavor Awards is Angel Flight West's signature fundraising event, celebrating extraordinary volunteer pilots and the impact of charitable aviation.

As Silent Auction Coordinator, I managed the auction process from donor outreach through event night, helping secure and coordinate a diverse collection of donated experiences, travel packages, entertainment, dining, aviation items, and other unique offerings.

My work included donor solicitation and communication, auction item procurement, package development, item descriptions, fair market value research, tracking and organization, event presentation, and post-event donor and winner coordination.

The result was an auction experience designed not simply to offer great items, but to help support an evening dedicated to raising over $1,000,000 for Angel Flight West's mission.

Bobcat Fire Resource Fair

When an event is created in response to a community need, organization and accessibility become especially important.

The Bobcat Fire Resource Fair brought resources and information together for community members affected by the Bobcat Fire. This event was especially important for me, as my parents lost their home of 37 years in the Bobcat fire.

My involvement focused on helping create an organized, welcoming environment where residents could connect with organizations, services, and resources in one location. Services and organizations included Catholic Charities, the Salvation Army, LARCRO, United Policy Holder, Habitat for Humanity and more.

Events like this are a reminder that event production isn't always about celebration. Sometimes it's about creating a place where people can connect, find help, and know their community is there for them.

Littlerock Rural Chamber of Commerce

Back-to-School Giveaway

The Littlerock Rural Chamber of Commerce Back-to-School Giveaway was designed to bring local businesses, organizations, and families together while helping students start the school year prepared.

The event brought together community partners and sponsors to provide school supplies and other essentials to local students and families. This includes Community Partners of the AV (COPA AV), GRNNRG.org, and more.

My work included event planning and coordination, sponsor and community partner involvement, promotional materials, event communications, and helping organize the details necessary to turn community support into a welcoming event for local families.

It's exactly the kind of event I love producing: local people, local organizations, and local businesses coming together to do something good.
